Aperio anonymization does not delete macro image

This is a big problem- the process deletes the label image but not the macro image, which also has a copy of the label, at least on certain scanner settings.

When I tested the program, it doesn't delete either for svs file.

@gregster7 check my PR here #6 which adds removal of macro images for aperio. Should work for svs although I wrote it for aperio tiff.

@markemus, @gregster7: Within the EMPAIA project, we have now developed our own solution for anonymizing WSIs (in various formats). This is currently available via Gitlab . The paper for this is currently in review, the preprint can already be viewed at arXiv.
