Unable to search for "&" #76

Is there a workaround when you want to search for "&" since it is a delimiter...
Not it breaks the query...
Query example: http://localhost/API/Service?$filter=substringof('&',tolower(Name)) eq true and (Status eq 0)&$orderby=Name&$skip=0&$top=5
