Description

image

Its not very obvious (until after playing the game) what ICS actually detects it seems to detect specific units only that is not necessarily bound to Cloak + Stealth attribute, namely:

Sniper (no Stealth, Cloak state irrelevant),
Commando (no Cloak/Stealth, only Jamming),
Skuttle (no Stealth, Cloak state irrelevant),
Spybot/Gremlin (Cloak + Stealth, Cloak state irrelevant).

Would propose to correct this issue with possible fix that would abide to websites description:

Expected Behaviour

Only detect units that have Cloak enabled + Stealth attribute (Excluding covered by Jamming), when Cloak is disabled ICS shouldnt detect as its not fully invisible anymore. This is my understanding of the website so i guess this is what most people think it does.

This doesnt fully follow the story of it detecting seismic activities but if that would be true it should detect every unit except air/hovers.

Actual Behaviour

Detects specific units. Even units not mentioned in website like Sniper/Commando/Skuttle.

Reproduction steps

No response

Other

If ICS would detect Cloak enabled + Jamming, the dgun would probably lose its strength against T3's. Its common to move Commander a few steps before dgunning a T3 so its likely dgun wont connect.

This is a balance issue as it will make Snipers/Commando/Skuttles more likely to be successful as a strategy but would make ICS more intuitive how it functions.
