Whitelisting in Windows-11 doesn't work. WTF

I've been trying to whitelist this super useful powershell script in all sorts of way's.
Windows-11 say it's file and directory is whitelisted, yet, when I run it, nothing at all happens. Then I check MS security tab, and it says it's blocked again.

MS is really starting to piss me off with their OS terrorism. It's perfectly fine to push out drivers causing BSOD on nearly every production PC on the planet, but they won't allow you to run your own effin powershell scripts!
