speedTestSocket.startFixedUpload(uri + fileName, Upfilesize, UpDownTimer, RefreshRate); // 10 Second Upload

However it throws onProgress with 0 bit value forever, never calls onCompletion or onError even after timer ends. It happens only when upload server is actually unreachable.
