Infinite rows/columns Cell Model

Spreadsheets often have seemingly infinite rows/columns. We can extend the current cell model (or create a new implementation) with placeholders instead of real rows/columns that simply mean "here could be a bunch of rows/columns". Every row or column inside the placeholder have default values for their width/height.
