Pop up windows

I'm trying to figure out a terrible product called IBM Remedy, anyway it sometimes uses popup windows which I cannot refresh once open because of some state nonsense. The window opens, the script is minified, I cannot turn on JSD as it's too late to have an effect and I cannot refresh the page...

Anyway is there a way to default JSD as on?

If you leave the popup window open, then go to the previous window and click the link again, does it load a brand new window, or does it load in the currently open popup? If it loads in the current popup window, you may be able to turn on JSD, and click the link again (as opposed to trying to refresh the popup, since you say it doesn't allow it).
