More deminifying?

Is there plans to do some actual deminifying?

Some minifiers replace true and false with !1 and !0. Replace 1000 with 1e3 and replacing semicolons with commas. They also tend to rewrite if/else expressions as ternary operators.

I was a bit disapointed this just beautifies and doesn't undo structural minification changes.
