The present export presently generates a "combi" file supporting Infrared4Arduino, IRremote and IRLib. The IRremote part needs reworking, see #444. Due to changes in Infrared4Arduino, also fixes to that format are necessary. Support for IRLib (version 1) can be dropped -- it is not maintained anyhow.

Plan: split existing raw export in IRremote and Infrared4Arduino (dropping IRLib). Consider #413. Do not assume a fix for bengtmartensson/Infrared4Arduino#88.
