Back button on mobile doesn't trigger back action

The Back button on mobile doesn't trigger the go-back action of the dialog, instead it has the same effect as pressing the phone's back button on the underlying dialog, so in essence it goes two steps back.

I also tested on desktop with chrome, going back in the history also goes back those two steps.
It should only go back one step to close the dialog!
