Allow BC spaces in dense mode #124

Currently an exception is thrown when using BC spaces (ie spaces with "DOF transformations") in dense mode.

It would be nice (for prototyping) if these spaces could be used in dense mode and a warning that this could be slow was given rather than an error.

mscroggs added the enhancement label
