CSV Write Error silently ignored.

Kristin ran into a problem:

I have an issue… I am looking at videos but my detection behave.csv file is not being updated while watching the video. Do you have any hint for me on what I could do?
This happened to me the first time a few days ago and I thought I messed up with my internet connection. But this week it is happening a lot of times…

I think I found the issue that made it stuck.
Sometimes I add some comments to previously made entrances and then the app gets stuck. This is a screenshot from yesterday:

It looks like it has to do a with a full target drive, but generally failure to write the CSV file should not be silently ignored....
