How to add the BEEP base on Helium network ? #2

Hello

I try to add the BEEP base to the Helium network. But I have some Issues with the Javascript decoder.
I try to use the ttn-payload-decoder.js but i receive a 401 error.

Do you have some explanations how to add my BASE to the Helium network or another LORA network ?
