Improve stroke popover behaviour in dialog

When editing a break and clicking on a stroke in the Shouting section, the resulting popover is out of view and has to be scrolled to awkwardly. This should be improved. (Probably need to use strategy: "fixed", possibly just copy over the new version of the component from FacilMap.)
