Load first section on tab click

To save resources, we use angular.js to load content only if it's clicked. However, if a tab is clicked (not one of the bullets in the tab), then no plot is shown--it's empty space, and all the annotations bunch meaninglessly together.

If a tab is clicked, it should also simulate opening the first bookmark within that tab.
