ZEVA - Tabs visibility issue in Credit Agreement

Describe the task
On the Credit Transaction tab, there is a sub-tab called Credit Agreements. When a user opens any specific agreement within this tab , the top navigation tabs (Credit Application, Credit Transfers, Credit Agreement, and Update) disappear. This behavior different from other sub-tabs, such as Credit Application or Credit Transfers, where the tabs remain visible, allowing users to navigate back easily without additional scroll down to "back" button

Purpose
Improve the user experience by maintaining consistency across the application. Currently, users may face confusion when opening an agreement or adjustment, as they lose access to the navigation tabs and must scroll down to the “Back” button, which is not immediately visible. Keeping the tabs visible ensures consistent navigation behavior and reduces user frustration.

Acceptance Criteria

• When a user opens any agreement or adjustments in Credit Agreements tab, the top navigation tabs (Credit Application, Credit Transfers, Credit Agreement, Update) should remain visible, just as they do in other tabs (Credit Application, Credit Transfers)
• Users should be able to switch between tabs or return to previous pages without pressing the “Back” button at the bottom of the page
