Describe the task

Evaluate and integrate a new UI library for SPAR and CONSEP projects to address Carbon's limitations, such as basic table components, excessive custom CSS.

Libraries for evaluation:

MUI (Material-UI)
Ant Design (Antd)
Bootstrap
Blueprint UI

Acceptance Criteria

Key Criteria:

• Long-term support by notable organizations
• Full TypeScript support
• Easy customization for colors and styles
• No refactoring of existing SPAR components required
• Free and cost-effective
• Testing from Team members (devs, UX, PO)

Evaluation Focus:

• Table component capabilities (pagination, filtering)
• Customizability without excessive custom CSS
• Compatibility with SPAR components
• Performance (load time, rendering speed)
