GIS data verification

For the field visits table, reconcile any GIS issues flagged by #1. In particular, flag any records with massive discrepancies between the values noted in the field forestry columns vs. the values later added in the verification_* columns (the verification columns are typically done post-hoc in ArcGIS, rather than measured in the field).

Currently 2023 verifications are top priority so no forestry fields are NULL prior to the 2024 field season.
This csv contains flags for each forestry column + if any or all forestry cols are NULL/999.

Dens are ordered by priority for the number of GIS flags that were tripped. Mary is currently going through all high and medium priority dens manually to fix.
