- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey
- 1 tsp garlic, crushed
- 2 lbs chicken breasts or thighs
:directions: Mix all ingredients except chicken. Cut chicken into small pieces and
marinate at least 30 min. Thread onto skewers and broil 4-5 min per side.

- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour (all-purpose or whole wheat)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
:directions: Combine all ingredients. Heat griddle or skillet to 375 degrees F.
Grease with margarine or vegetable oil spray. Pour batter and cook until edges
are dry. Turn and cook other side.

:directions: Combine in a saucepan and cook over medium-low heat, stirring, until
spoon leaves a path on the bottom that slowly fills in. Let cool. Form into balls
and refrigerate or freeze until ready to roll in chocolate sprinkles.
