Error creating a leave request

Bonjour,

Using Jorani 1.0.2, when I try to create a leave request, the process never ends.

I enter a start date, an end date. As soon as the end date has been entered, the following message, asking to wait, appears and stays on :

According to DevTools, Validate in legacy.js never responds.

Use php8.1

Same issue for me, same with php8.1, 8.2, 8.3
Jorani 1.0.2 with last patch applied from master

for sure related to assets/dist/legacy.js
Because as we click on the start date filed, the console throw "Une chaîne vide a été transmise à « getElementById() »."

From the database test :
SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1305 FUNCTION database_name.GetParentIDByID does not exist
