Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to any document
Click on pencil to edit name, date, tag, etc.
Change value
Click OK
Go back
Open document again

Expected behavior
Value is changed or an error is the details could not be saved

Actual behavior
Value is not changed and there is no error message.

Additional information
Paperless App Version: 0.1.2
Paperless-ngx: 1.8.0

Also experiencing this issue. Although I'm also running paperless behind an nginx reverse proxy.
