Sort dependencies in composer.json by common rules #17

Sort items by categories:

  • PHP version (if missing, use current PHP version of runtime)
  • system reqs (ASC)
  • packages (ASC)

If PHP version is specific version, use interval like ^8.0 <8.1

It should be implemented in another package.
