这个仓库的名称中包含 private 字样，似乎只提供给 bangumi 内部应用。

但是我看到本仓库公开了详细的文档和调用约定，并且接口可以在没有鉴权的情况下直接使用。

我们可以使用本仓库中包含的API来制作开放源代码的第三方应用吗。

可以，但是API修改不会考虑第三方应用的兼容性。
