I have an E2S with hacktribe installed on it, I want to install the E2 factory sounds on my E2S to << have 2 in 1>>.

let me explain, with hacktribe on an E2S I benefit from the E2's features, I also want to have all the E2's factory sounds (the equivalent of all the factory samples for an E2S) to have 2 electribe in 1.

The problem is that I can't find the file I need to do the manipulation, so I'm going to explain how to do it for those who want to do as I do, or conversely, put the factory samples from an E2S into an E2, or copy all your own samples to put them into a friend's machine using hacktribe.

the handling on E2S (and logically E2) is :

1: reset an SD card from your machine.

• insert an SD card into E2S

• press menu/enter

• use arrows to go to 28/29 (data utility on E2S) and press menu/enter

• using the arrows, go to 12/14 ( card format ) and press menu/enter 2 times.

2: export samples /sound (very simple).

• next to card format go to 11/14 ( export all sample on E2S) and press menu/enter

• once the copy is 100% complete, you can remove the SD card

3: find the file on your pc and send it.

• on your SD card go to KORG/electribe sampler/sample

• a folder named (for E2S) e2ssample.all will be present

• all you have to do is share the file e2ssample.all for this page

4: put the file in your machine

• I don't really know but I see several solutions, I'll work on it, it must be possible, I'll modify the post once I've found a solution.
