Remember nodes

Other nodes of the network need to be remembered, so that when connecting to the network, the bootstrap nodes aren't really necessary. This is an important part to any p2p network, but I've just been a little lazy and haven't implemented this yet.

That being said, the client should remember some nodes from all the actor networks as well.
