Code in project README files is improperly formatted on the b.org project page #1021

When the README file of a project contains HTML that is formatted as code, it is double-escaped when it appears on the project page on b.org.

Example from the Bootstrap 5 Lite module. From the project page in Github, https://github.com/backdrop-contrib/bootstrap5_lite:

From the project page on b.org, https://backdropcms.org/project/bootstrap5_lite
