So what do we do with some RDF that isn't a dataset but still should get parsed as something unknown for modeling. And we don't want to do this as XML (rdf != xml). So decompose the triples into a thing that gets recomposed into triples.

This might be a reason to convert the "remainder" section into more "standard" generic RDF?
