Compatibility with @rollup/plugin-url

Is there a way to use this with @rollup/plugin-url? I'm using that plugin to add hashes to image names and want to have my icons src be generated dynamically using that plugin

@benmccann Doesn't look like this is currently possible with the way the Rollup API and the @rollup/plugin-url handles emitting its assets, I believe this is a similar problem to what is outlined in rollup/rollup#3595.

Fixes seem to coming down the road for this, once they're in I'll look to add this feature in
