Testimonials Slider widget shortcode is not working with tags [Only for different languages]

I have reproduced this issue after installing WordPress website in my local and language using Korean.

Ex: [testimonials_slider tags="산들고추장"] :- in front end it's showing all testimonials instead of tags (산들고추장) specific testimonials post.
