It would be great to be able to configure the LogGroups that are created for the clamscan lambda functions. Currently I'm mostly missing the possibility to define a retention.

I'll try to provide a PR.

I don't think we need to make all the properties of the log groups of each Lambda configurable. I do think it would be nice to expose a retention period and give all the Lambdas should share the same period.
