Visually show the state of the EnableExecuteCommand parameter in the ECS Service Console UI

Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve. What are you trying to do, and why is it hard?
The EnableExecuteCommand is a relatively important flag from a security perspective to be able to check the status of via the console. It is desirable that the status of the EnableExecuteCommand would be discoverable visually from the AWS Console in the same way that it can be currently accessed via the CLI or SDKs.
