A few videos from hundreds end up without audio track

Describe the bug
We are processing several hundreds of videos, a few of them end up without audio. No error on the pipelines nor the lambdas.

To Reproduce
Feed the pipeline by placing a video on the Source bucket.
I have try deploying again the Solution in a new Account, same result for the same videos.

Expected behavior
The HLS output should play fine in a HLS Player.

Additional context
Similar problem was found on a previos version of the Solution, upgrading to the latest version solved it, but now we are in the lastes version and the problem re-appear.

Hello @raulmlamzn , I still have the issue, I haven't upgraded to the latest version (6.1.3 as of Jul 2023), do you think that could help? Reviewing the change log I only see updates on how the infra is build, from cfn to cdk, but nothing about the templates MediaConvert uses.

We typically recommend running the latest version but I'm not sure if the issue is related to that. Can you please confirm if the issue is random or happens with the same files/formats? If so, can you share a sample of the files and mediainfo details?

Hello @raulmlamzn, the issue happens with some videos, it is always the same videos, the content team say that they encoded exactly the same all videos (I can't confirm that).
Here are two source videos, the first one works, the second one ends without audio:
