Describe the bug

Create a CloudFront Real-time logs. When I input a Decimal value in the Sample rate, like 55.5(%), It will cause an error.

Expected Behavior

The Sample rate input can only input a positive integer from 0 to 100.

Current Behavior

We can input 55.55 or 55%

Reproduction Steps

  1. Create CloudFront Realtime logs
  2. Input 55.5% in Sample rate input
  3. Create Pipeline
