Instance Groups loads with error message and doesnt work #280

Describe the bug

While "Creating Instance Group" The following error pops up when the page loads "Oops...
Unknown exception, please check Lambda log for more details". No instances load this feature doesnt seem to work.

Expected Behavior

Page should load without an error. Instance should populate if there are some available.

Current Behavior

AS soon as the page loads the error is recived. The page only shows the current account and does not see the connected member account. Other services see the member account just fine.
