Describe the feature

Should we update the .gitignore and the .npmignore in the typescript folder at the root? Creating this to track progress.

Template from CDK

Document what the other entries are and why they are there.

Use Case

What are they entries and why are they there. Should it be updated or removed (npx cdk init) provides its on .gitignore.
