New section proposal

CloudWatch agent now has capability to push Open Telemetry data. (For example : https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/mt/using-the-unified-cloudwatch-agent-to-send-traces-to-aws-x-ray/)

We propose a new section under AWS Native (within ECS Best Practices) to provide the use case of application level metrics collection using CloudWatch Agent. (this is separate then Application Signals)
