Is your feature request related to a problem?
All resources have NAME and AGE in the status show when kubectl get <resource>. Some show a bit more fields but it is inconsistent across controllers.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add consistent STATUS and READY (or SYNCED) fields across all controllers, ref: aws-controllers-k8s/sns-controller#63 and #2194
