Improve RuleFailures List screen to display and navigation to the error source/ entity of

Motivation

As part of this card, we had planned to add a link column with a link icon as value for the rows on click of which the user should be taken to the place where the issue is.

But during development, we found that the tech effort involved is much more than assumed during Analysis and there are multiple options to ease the Implementers RuleFailure Analysis and navigation as mentioned in the comments of the card avniproject/avni-client#1172.

Therefore, we should re-analyze how we could Improve RuleFailures List screen

1. display columns info and
2. navigation to the error source entity (SubjectType, Form, etc..)
3. navigation to the error entity instance (Individual, Encounter, Enrolment)
