Issue on New longitudinal export

Describe the bug
When the "addressLevelIds" key was removed from the request body, the request failed with no feedback from the app.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Prepare a valid Request body
2. Remove the key "addressLevelIds" from the request body
3. Click on Generate export

The request is triggered and after a couple of seconds, the status is updated to "Failed" as shown in the screenshot below

Expected behavior

1. The request body should be accepted and the export should be generated.
2. It should give a feedback to the user on why the export failed.
