Need/Problems faced:

Approach:

  • At form level should be able to configure a combination of questions for which the values should not be the same - at mobile app level run validation
  • The above can be just another rule to decide on case insensitive matching, strictness of comparison, etc.,
  • At server level needed?
  • APF, JSCS, Hasirudala-migration - duplicate become prominent,
  • single field already there
  • across users - across catchments - fraud - not excavating
