Before release

• add release notes in product repo(no need to add in all repos) - don't add regression bug fixes, those arised and fixed within the release

Release steps

• release client, server, ETL, media and webapp
• can start with releasing client to open testing - since client related cards are QA done, and by that time, others also will be done.

After release

• During merge of App must target Android 14 (API level 34) or higher, required for Avni and Gramin apps avni-client#1455 to the master branch, ensure you handle removal of package and instead use namespace in patch files which are newly created in the master/10.0 branch.

Tagged server, webapp, media, etl and client with v9.2.0.
Merged 9.2 into 9.3 across all repos.
Merged 9.2 to master/main across all repos.
Upgraded models version in webapp and client of master to new version after merge.

Pending

Partial rollout of avni-client 9.2.0 is blocked by 9.1.1 rollout which is still at 20%, once its moved to 100%, will rollout 9.2 to 5% user base.
