Remove embedded models code for observations and location & Release 7.2.0

• We will release 7.0.x changes as 7.2.0
  ---- So create 7.2.0 branch from 7.0.x branch from across repos.
  ---- Revert the embedded obs and location schema changes
• Update the release notes accordingly
• Follow the other steps in readme.

• Login with nupoork@jsscp and created a one individual name : Nina Gupta enrolment in Pregnancy . and set up fast sync . this all done in 7.0 and then I update the app with 7.2 while doing this app is crashed white screen is appeared
• Then I Uninstall the app and install 7.2 fast sync failed update from schema version 185 is not allowed.
• after that I tried with perform slow sync then again blank screen is coming app is crashed

Test Scenarios :
1.Install the apk 6.1 and updated to 7.0 takes times to sync
2.Install the apk 7.0 to 7.1 got sucked to upgrading database page
3.Install 7.1 to 7.2 got the schema error(that is the expected behaviour)
4.Install 7.0 to 7.2 got the schema error(that is the expected behaviour)
5.Install 6.1 apk to 7.2 sync got completed
6.Try to close the app in the upgrade the page and reopen app doesn't break and continuous from the login page
6.Tested the data migration on 7.2 in the log as well as in app
7.Tested the Vaccine checklist on 7.2 (tested in the org calcuttakids and apfodisha)
8.Tested the Format on the subject on 7.2 (Tested in the org calcuttakids and rwb )
9.Tested the validation and skip logic on 7.2 (Tested in the org calcuttakids,rwb and iphscd_uat)
10.Created the data in older version and validate the data is reflecting in the 7.2 version
11.Validate the changes or features added in 7.1 in working fine in 7.2 version

Dinesh has created format, vaccine checklist, validation in 6.1.03 and made sure it exists/works as expected after upgrade.
