Release 7.0.4 and 7.1.0

Context:

For this release 6.1.0 was released as 7.1.0 to enable users with 7.0 to continue use(update) the app without issues.

AC:

• Add release notes for server changes done as part of this card for 7.0.4,
• Add release notes regarding 7.1.0
• follow other steps in readme for the above 2 releases
• Adding release notes for product repo is sufficient instead of adding for each repo, But in the product repo, have the distinction of repos by adding relevant headings like done for previous releases.
