Merge 7.1 and 8.0

Acceptance criteria:

• Make sure all the changes in 7.1.0 branch across repos are present in 8.0 respective repo's branches.
• Other 7.x branches were merged with 8.0 during respective releases, but kindly make sure the same.
• Change the 7.1.0 branch contents in repos to mean what the release was - we had released 6.1.03 branch as 7.1.0 as per release tracker.
• Make sure the release notes are updated accordingly(cards are already marked with the right release) and also any new cards added to 8.0 are also mentioned in the release notes.
• Update release tracker if applicable.

• unable to understand merge conflict in Avni ETL. Someone who worked on ETL card in 7.3 maybe required for this.

Merged avni-etl 7.3 to 8.0.

Verified that merge is done correctly, haven't reviewed changes if any that were done to release notes.

@petmongrels found that release notes of 8.0 here are not updated - seems like 7.1.0 changes are missing (like Edit rule, update audit fields immediately, and more changes also missing.)
