Release notes and branch cut 8.0

• Ensure all previous release branches are merged to master
• Update the models release version if merge done there
• If models version was updated, update the client, webapp and rules-server repos with the latest models version
• Branch cut 8.0 in the all relevant repos.
• Add in draft mode so that it can be published later.
• Add for client, server, webapp, and (any other repo if work done on it) and product.
• When listing, if the name of the card doesn't imply what was done, list what was actually done amap. Sometimes, what needs to be done is not evident initially.
• No need to list all support tickets and bugsnag issues - instead if some product fix for the same was done, kindly list that.

Included only the following cards in the release notes ignoring the rest that are tagged as 8.0.0 release on instructions from Maha.
