• Take a snapshot of prod db and name it as '5.0.1_release_snapshot'.

• delete fast sync of QRT users, who have only one sync attribute enabled like
• Delete the migrations that have sync_concept values changed so that fresh sync can be faster by 50% for larger blocks.
