Spike a solution for conversion of heif and heic images to thumbnails. #176

possible solutions

look for libraries or code that can be used in JS in lamba to convert such images into thumbnail
if the above doesn't work then we have to figure out how to convert the original image into standard image when uploading from the mobile app
