UI problem for draft in registration section

Describe the bug
If we have more subject we are unable to see draft registration. we have to scroll to see the draft. If user doesn't know that drafts are show below then it may be cause problem.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. login in avni-client with user of org Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives (UAT)
2. try to register subject
3. again go to register
4. check ui

Expected behaviour
Need to do something that user can see both subject and draft subject.
