Incorrect Display of Other Scheduled Visit in 'Visit Being Scheduled' Section on Summary Page.

Describe the bug
There are two visits (A and B) that are already scheduled. If I try to complete any of them (A) on the summary page, in the 'Visit Being Scheduled' section, I'm getting the other visit (B). That visit is not replacing or updating the existing visit, it's just displayed there.To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any subject where 2 visits are already scheduled.
2. Try to complete the any one of the visit.
3. Summary page of 'Visit Being Scheduled' section you can see other visit which has been already scheduled.
4. See error

Expected behavior
In the 'Visit Being Scheduled' section, only new visits that are going to be scheduled should be displayed.

Just to add Detailed Registeration encounter type in the above video doesn't have any visit schedule rule
