Search Result field is not displayed

When we search the group subject ,click on the search existing member and came back to the search page the search result filter is not displayed

Steps to reproduce :

1.Click on the search icon in the bottom of page will display the search page with search result field
2.Click on the group subject (in Chashma it is camp) and submit
3.select any camp and click on the add memeber
4.click on search existing member or patients
6.It will show you a search page
7.After that click on back till you reach the page step 1
Excepted : The page should display all the search result field
Actual : The page shows only the individual search page without any search result field
